Founded in 2009, Biz Card Ads, a division of Flower Finds Inc. is based in Odessa, TX. We strongly believe in the entrepreneur spirit and helping small businesses succeed. We understand that a small business needs every marketing dollar to work. Therefore, we are introducing this new concept to the Permian Basin as a proven EFFICIENT solution.

Flower De Raadt, Owner began as a marketing consultant helping authors/speakers, artists, real estate professionals, non-profits, and small businesses with their marketing efforts. She originally founded Flower Finds Marketing Agency in 2001. As owner of Flower Finds Inc., she has been responsible for seeking new business opportunities for various clients in cross-culture markets through strategic alliances, target based marketing & sales, and customer relationship management. She has practiced these skills with accounts and customers in Latin America, Asia, Southeast Africa and the United States for companies like EMI Music, Apple Computer Inc., and Bridgepoint Investment Group.

Seeing this concept succeed in other markets, Flower decided to bring it to West Texas and opened up "Biz Card Ads" in 2009. Flower currently resides in Odessa, TX with her husband and toddler.
